This one-of-a-kind piece features a Jicotea (land turtle) with  a Three-Cornered Stone (Trigonolito)  in the form of  Mother Atabey/Atabeira. The intricate design showcases Atabey’s face at the front and frog legs at the back.
Crafted from a mix of ceramic and clay and sealed in resin, the piece is accented with gold details on the turtle’s shell, eyes (representing tears), and the legs of the Cemi. We also painted a golden Water Taíno sign on top of the Jicotea’s head. 
Measuring 10.5” long, 7” wide, and 9” tall, and weighing 3.35 lbs (53.69 oz), this unique creation is perfect for a sacred space or altar. It also makes a beautiful and thoughtful gift.
